Vision Mission
Our Christian faith will lead us to be more inwardly strong through Christ and more outwardly focused for Christ. We are called by God to foster intimate fellowship with our Heavenly Father, as we worship Him and celebrate the good news of Jesus Christ; to nurture each other through Christian love, caring, and fellowship; and, empowered by the Holy Spirit, to minister in the world in Christ's name.
Toward fulfillment of our Vision and Mission, our continuing goals are to:
  • Sustain and enhance our communal worship so that all will feel invited to experience intimate fellowship with God.
  • Equip, encourage and lead each other to discover and use our spiritual gifts in living the Christian life.
  • Share the joy we find in a God-centered life by reaching out locally, nationally and globally to bring people closer to God.
During 2008 our new emphases are to:
  • Provide expanded ministry to youth, men and the elderly.
  • Expand our missions within our local community through new programs and broader congregational involvement.
  • Build a small group ministry to encourage deeper fellowship with each other.
